Request to Access, Delete, or Correct
As applicable, you or an authorized agent may submit a request for any other rights afforded to you in this Notice by emailing us at: privacy@chartbeat.com.
To exercise these rights, you or your authorized agent must send us a request that (1) provides sufficient information to allow us to verify the identity of the person about whom we have collected personal data, (2) describes the request in sufficient detail to allow us to respond to it, and, in the case of requests submitted by authorized agents, (3) includes the written permission from the consumer to submit the request (we may also ask the consumer to directly confirm that they authorized said agent). Each request that meets these criteria will be considered a “Valid Request.” We may not respond to requests that do not meet these criteria. We will use personal data provided in a Valid Request only to verify your identity and complete your request.

We will not charge you a fee for making a Valid Request unless your Valid Request is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.
