This schedule is a guide to how frequently data is updated for different entities that Tubular measures. Note this schedule refers to entities that are discovered and appear in Tubular.
Intelligence
Updated daily:
- Video upload metadata (upload time, duration, hashtags, descriptions, sounds)
- Performance data (Views, Engagements, Tubular Video Ratings)
- Creator data (Followers, Videos uploaded, Descriptions, Creator Type, Creator Country)
Updated monthly:
- Audience Also Watches (overlapping viewing behaviors are based on a rolling 6-month window)
- Leaderboards - Released by the 15th day of the following month
- Topics - Videos are assigned topics daily, but new Topics are added and videos are reclassified
- accordingly monthly. Topics may be assigned 2-3 days after publishing.
- Video Categories - Videos are assigned Video Categories daily. Video Categories may be assigned 2-3 days after publishing.
- CPM - Released by the 15th day of the following month
- Creator Intelligence stats (all-time followers, monthly views, monthly engagements, follower growth)
- Reporting Center reports
DealMaker
Updated daily:
- Sponsored content performance data (Views, Engagements, Tubular Video Ratings)
- Note that videos may not be identified as sponsored immediately after publishing, and will be added to DealMaker after being reviewed by an in-house team. Sponsored Videos may appear in DealMaker 2-3 days after publishing.
Updated weekly:
- Sponsored video uploads (new videos tagged as sponsored)
- Partner/sponsor/campaign tagging
Consumer Insights
Updated monthly:
- Behavior data (affinity, relevance scores, market share, audience overlap).
- Period where both behaviors occur is based on a rolling 6-month window
- Historical Trend view shows overlapping behaviors that both occurred in a given month
- Retailer taxonomy (product categories, brands, search terms)
- Browser data (keyword search queries)
- Site visitation history (websites visited)
Tubular Audience Ratings
Updated monthly:
- Audience Ratings - Released by the 15th day of the following month
- Audience Composition - Released by the 15th day of the following month
- Category Explorer - Released by the 15th day of the following month
