Across Tubular, we use a variety of data sources and proprietary methodology approaches. Authenticated data is one of the data sources that Tubular uses to inform and calibrate our models, ensuring our model works in a way that mimics expected behavior.
Many Tubular customers choose to authenticate their social channels and share their data with us. Authenticated data remains aggregated and anonymized and is used to verify Leaderboard rankings as well as validate monetary channel/content analytics.
Note that Tubular does offer some reports that can only be accessed if the customer authenticates their social channels (for example, the CPM report). These reports may include customer-provided data, however, this data will only be presented to users on that customer’s account.
