Content Report Templates
Benchmarking Report allows you to review the month by month performance of select Creators and Properties, or all Creators and Properties, segmented by Country, in review of many success metrics across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitch and TikTok.
Note that “All Properties” and “All Creators” are included in many reports by default. If you want to focus on a specific creator/property, or a custom list or custom group, you should remove the default selections.
Ranking Report allows you to review the month by month performance of select Creators and Properties, or all Creators and Properties, segmented by Country, segmented by Creator / Property Type, segmented by Creator Genre and segmented by Creator / Property Industry, in review of many success metrics across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitch and Tiktok.
Compare by Category Report allows you to review the performance in a customisable time period of select Creators and Properties, or all Creators and Properties, with the option to segment by Creator Type or Country, in select Video Categories on YouTube, Facebook and Instagram, in view of many available success metrics.
Note that “All Creators” are included in many reports by default. If you want to focus on a specific creator/property, or a custom list, you should remove the default selections.
Category Benchmarking report allows you to review the performance in a customisable time period of select Creators and Properties in select Video Categories on YouTube and Facebook, in view of many available success metrics.
CPM Comparison and Analysis report allows you to review the month by month CPM values associated with advertising on various categories of social video on YouTube and on Facebook, either for global values, or those found for the United States, Brasil, France, the UK, German, Canada, Australia or Mexico.
Main Metrics
Creators: Number of distinct Facebook accounts / YouTube channels contributing to a video content category
Videos: Number of distinct Facebook / YouTube videos contributing to a video content category
RPM: RPM (revenue per thousand impressions) = (estimated ad revenue / total views ) * 1000
Average CPM: Average CPM (cost per thousand impressions) = (total campaign spend / # impressions) x 1000. Avg CPM is an impression weighted average of videos that gained impression in the month
Ad Fill Rate: Ratio of ad impressions to views
Impressions: Avg. number of ad impressions
Views: Total number of Views
Sharing Content Reports
Content Reports on the same plan can be seen by different users (teammates). You can also share reports with anyone who does not have a Tubular seat by exporting the report.
Historic Trends
Content Reports also allow you to visualize a chart of historical view and subscriber data for up to 5 creators/properties. Click the pin icon next to the creator/property to pin them to the top of your report and populate the chart with their historical performance data. To unpin, click the pin icon again.
Saving Content Reports
Hover over to “Save Report” on the right side of your screen:
Fill out the available options in your new report, and click "Save Report". All done! Your report will now be saved under the email address associated with your Tubular account.
