All new users will receive an activation email to confirm the account. Follow the steps below:
Type a password that is at least 6 characters long (and that does not contain <, >, or spaces) and tap ACTIVATE. Once your password is set, your account is created successfully.
What if the activation link doesn't work?
If the activation link does not work, please try requesting a new activation email from Tubular Support Team at "support@tubularlabs.com". If you previously requested to resend a new activation email, check that you are opening the most recent activation email. Each time you resend a new activation email, it will invalidate the previously sent activation links.
What if I accidentally signed up for a free trial account?
If you signed up for a free trial and only see limited features in your account, please reach out to Tubular Support team at "support@tubularlabs.com" where our support members will be able to migrate your user settings to the correct account.
